Meet the team

Chloe Green

Owner and Manager

Chloe has 20 years of childcare experience. She began her career through an apprenticeship and worked her way up to deputy manager in a nursery setting. She later worked as a childcare assessor and is now a registered childminder. Chloe has an 11-year-old daughter and two cats. She especially enjoys group times with the children, particularly singing and dancing.

Alison Phillips

Registered Childminder

Alison has 17 years of childcare experience. She also began through an apprenticeship, became qualified and worked her way up to deputy manager. She later ran a group of after-school clubs and has recently registered as a childminder. Alison has two children and enjoys baking with the children and messy play.

A day filled with play, learning and discovery

Group Times

Morning and afternoon group times may include music and dance, story time, bucket time, environmental sounds and more.

Messy Play & Garden Time

Messy activities and garden play are available throughout the day, helping children explore, create and build confidence.

Baking & Growing

Baking and growing vegetables form part of the curriculum, helping children learn practical skills in a fun, hands-on way.

Local Outings

Weekly outings include rhyme time groups, local church classes, Time for Twos and other children centre groups.

Individual Development

Focus activities for each child are observed and added to their development records to support their next steps.

Keeping parents connected

Daisy Rose Daycare uses Ovivoonline journals to record children's development, daily diaries and important contact information. Parents can also use the instant messenger to contact their child's key worker directly with any queries.

  • Welly boots or sun hat depending on the weather
